The villa impresses with spacious, bright rooms and a thoughtful layout. The fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the dining area, forming the heart of the home. The whole group can gather around the large dining table for meals, game nights, or long conversations. A comfortable living room invites relaxation, while a separate games room provides space for entertainment and group activities.

The villa’s outdoor area is a true highlight: a bubbling jacuzzi under the open sky and, from March 20, 2026, a private sauna will be available. The fully fenced garden provides privacy and invites you to relax on comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers. A fire pit and gas barbecue set the stage for convivial evenings, while the pétanque court offers sporty fun. Two covered terraces extend the living space outdoors, perfect for breakfast, dinner, or enjoying the fresh air.

The villa is located in Langatte, in the heart of the culinary Grand Est region, famous for its specialties: be sure to try the renowned Quiche Lorraine, sweet Tarte aux Myrtilles, and local mirabelles, which feature in many regional dishes and liqueurs. Activities are also plentiful: the nearby Étang du Stock offers a variety of water and sports activities, a well-maintained beach, and dining options right by the lake. For excursions, the historic cities of Sarrebourg, Metz, Nancy, and Strasbourg are all within about an hour’s drive, charming old towns, markets, restaurants, and boutiques, offering pure French flair.
