About the property
This rural holiday home is located in Neufchâteau and can accommodate 18 adults and 6 children. The house was renovated and partially rebuilt in 2022 and has a very modern interior. The old walls of the former mill give the house its special charm. The mill wheel adjacent to the house is still driven by the tributary running past the house.

On the ground floor there is a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
On this floor you will also find the private wellness area with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, infrared sauna and steam bath. The holiday home thus offers you plenty of opportunities to relax. Next to the wellness area you will also find a lounge with a sitting area, TV and some board games.

On the first floor there is another lounge with table football, billiards and a bar, as well as 5 bedrooms with bathroom and 2 terraces.
