About the property
Luxurious cottage for 22 people near Bastogne.
The cottage is very modern and has all facilities.
In the basement is the swimming pool, with plenty of space for loungers, an adjoining room with billiards and foosball and a bar, as well as a room with plenty of storage space to put your swimming gear. There is also a shower.
On the first floor there is a large living and dining area with two long tables that can seat up to 22 people, a kitchen with kitchen island and a sofa area with TV.
The bedrooms are divided as follows:
Bedroom 1 (on the first floor) : A double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 (second floor) : A double bed and a bathroom with shower and sink.
Bedroom 3 (second floor) : A double bed on the first floor and another room on the mezzanine with 3 single beds and a double bed and a bathroom with shower and sink.
Bedroom 4 (second floor) : A double bed on the first floor and another room on the mezzanine with 2 single beds and a double bed and a bathroom with shower and sink.
Bedroom 5 (second floor) : A double bed on the first floor and another room on the mezzanine with 1 single bed and a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and sink.
There is also a sixth bathroom with bathtub and sink. There are three toilets on the second floor and two toilets on the first floor.
Outside, a large lawn invites you to play and on the terrace you have a great view of the surrounding countryside.
