Interior of the Villa:

On the ground floor, the villa offers a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a dining area, and two large living rooms perfect for relaxation. There is also an entrance hall connecting to a guest toilet and a double bedroom with twin beds.

On the first floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower. Additionally, there is a smaller bedroom, ideal for children, furnished with twin beds.

Exterior:

The villa boasts a large private swimming pool of 70 m², complemented by a smaller 13 m² children’s pool. The landscaped garden includes a porch and a barbecue area, along with outdoor furniture such as tables, chairs, sofas, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade. Covered parking is also available for added convenience.
