The 3 bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, feature a shower or bathtub-shower and toilet. The villa also provides satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a game console.
Exterior:
The saltwater pool, surrounded by sunbeds and terrace, offers the perfect space to relax under the sun. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue, ideal for enjoying delicious meals outdoors. The rooftop terrace with seating is perfect for admiring the views of the sea and the nearby Es Trenc. An outdoor shower also provides the opportunity to cool off after a day in the sun.
Location:
Located in Es Pas de Vallgornera, near Cala Pi, the villa offers numerous activities and places of interest. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can access the sea via a natural stone path, and the charming Cala Pi is just a 10-minute drive away.
Es Trenc Beach, one of the most beautiful on the island, is a 20-minute drive, and the city of Palma is only 30 minutes away. Additionally, the Maioris and Son Antem golf courses are nearby, perfect for sports enthusiasts.
