This villa offers you all the tranquillity, nature and luxury where you can forget everyday stress for a while. Take a dip in the lovely indoor swimming pool, enjoy delicious meals on the terrace and savour moments of togetherness at the covered sitting area with a fire pit.
Inside, you can further enjoy yourself in the cosy living room and show off your cooking skills after which everyone can enjoy themselves together at the large dining table.

- Bedroom 1: ground-floor bedroom for persons with reduced mobility with adapted bathroom
- Bedroom 2: double bed with private bathroom

- Bedroom 6: double bed and 3 single beds with private bathroom

This holiday home is ideally located in the Ardennes. You are here 2 km from the Gileppe lake and dam, but also on the edge of the beautiful forests of the High Fens. It is the perfect location for a hiking and/or cycling holiday, where you can have fun (and safely store your racing or mountain bike). In the vicinity of this holiday home, you can also visit other attractions such as the towns of Verviers and Spa, and be sure to visit the world-famous racing circuit of Spa-Francorchamps.
