About the property
In this wonderful estate, both inside and outside, you will find the ideal peace and tranquility for your vacation. Located in Alcudia, one of the most beautiful areas of the island of Mallorca, you can enjoy its stunning views of the sea and the countryside of the Bay of Pollensa.
Interior:
The property has 4 bedrooms, three of them with king-size double beds and the other with two single beds; all of them with TV and centralized air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the other bathroom is in the common areas of the house.
The dining room or living room is one of the most beautiful parts of the house, as it has large glass windows from floor to ceiling, offering spectacular views. The kitchen, fully equipped and with up to 3 ovens, features a large island and another dining area.
Exterior:
It has a spacious, covered outdoor dining area. You can relax in your infinity pool with a waterfall and in the solarium area. It also has sun loungers and a stylish Balinese bed.
There are also several landscaped terraces and relaxation areas, as well as a barbecue area next to the outdoor dining area. Parking is located outside the property but is monitored 24/7.
Location:
You have the option to go to the center of Alcudia, about 4 kilometers away, to shop, visit its streets, monuments, restaurants, and more. The nearest beaches, approximately 2 km away, are Playa de Alcanada, Cala Poncet, Playa Sant Pere, and Sant Joan.
If you love nature, we recommend visiting the S'Albufera Natural Park.
