The villa with its private outdoor pool is located in Sainte-Maxime on the beautiful Côte d'Azur, only 1 km from the sea and the beach.
The villa offers an area of 160m2 and has three bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen, as well as a living and dining room and is fully furnished and equipped in French style. The beds in two of the three bedrooms have a size of 140 x 190 cm and in the other bedroom a size of 180 x 200 cm. There is the possibility to eat inside in the kitchen as well as outside.
In the outdoor area there is a private pool with a dimension of 10x5m and a depth of 2.5 metres. On the terrace there is the possibility to enjoy the beautiful view on the deck chairs as well as on the garden furniture.
Behind the gate there is also a parking space, which provides space for a large as well as a small car.
