This spacious holiday home is located in the municipality of Koksijde, just around 1 kilometre from the sea, making it an ideal choice for a holiday with family or friends on the Belgian coast. Large windows fill the interior with natural light and create a pleasant atmosphere, while the spacious garden offers plenty of room to relax and play. There is also a pool table for some extra entertainment.
Fresh bread and pastries for breakfast are easy to find, with a bakery located just around 400 metres from the house. And if you don't feel like cooking, the nearest restaurant is only a 5-minute walk away.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 12 guests. As you enter, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The modern kitchen overlooks the terrace, while the large dining table offers plenty of room for the whole group to enjoy meals and evenings together.
The house has 5 bedrooms with a total of 3 double beds and 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. One bathroom is equipped with a spa bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, while the second has a shower and washbasin.
Upstairs, you will find a second living area with a large sofa and a pool table – the perfect place to unwind in the evening or enjoy a friendly game together. A small laundry area is also located in this room.

One of the highlights of this holiday home is its spacious garden. There is plenty of room for children to play while the adults relax and enjoy spending time outdoors. A large garden table is available for leisurely meals outside.
Another advantage is that the house has two terraces on different sides of the property, allowing you to choose a pleasant outdoor spot depending on the time of day.

Nature lovers should not miss the Hoge Blekker nature reserve, where the beautiful dune landscape is perfect for walking and cycling. To learn more about the history and traditional life of fishermen on the Belgian coast, visit the National Fisheries Museum, located approximately 4 kilometres from the house.
And of course, no stay on the Belgian coast would be complete without a day at the beach. Enjoy the fresh sea air, rent a cuistax or treat yourself to an ice cream while taking a leisurely stroll along the promenade.
