The House and Its Facilities

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and is spread over two floors: the ground floor and the first floor. Its spacious living areas are designed for sharing enjoyable moments together.

Upon arrival, you will discover a welcoming living space combining the lounge, dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious breakfasts and meals to share, as well as the essential barbecues on warm summer evenings. An adjoining utility room is also available, equipped with a refrigerator, tumble dryer and washing machine.

The dining area comfortably accommodates all guests. The house also benefits from air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature even on the hottest days.

On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and its own private bathroom. This layout allows everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy.

The house has three toilets spread across both floors: two are located in the bathrooms, while the third is separate.
