The House:

Step inside and discover a bright and spacious holiday home designed for comfort and togetherness. The open-plan living and dining area, complete with a cosy wood-burning stove, forms the heart of the house and is the perfect place to enjoy shared meals, board games or relaxing evenings on the sofa. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while a separate TV room offers a quiet space to relax.

The house features five comfortable bedrooms:
• 3 bedrooms with double beds
• 2 bedrooms with bunk beds sleeping 2 guests each

One double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, making it ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The remaining four bedrooms are situated on the first floor. In total, the house offers three modern bathrooms, including one with a steam shower. Bed linen, towels and a welcome set of natural toiletries are provided for all guests.

A unique feature of the house is the cosy wine cellar with an honesty bar – the perfect place to end the day with a good glass of wine. Guests travelling by bicycle can also make use of the secure bike storage room in the basement.

The large enclosed garden of approximately 6,000 m² offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The terrace with barbecue is the perfect setting for outdoor dining or a relaxing evening with family and friends. For those seeking total relaxation, the garden features a sauna heated to 70–90 °C and a private hot tub. If you prefer to stay active, you can enjoy a game of table tennis, while younger guests will love the children's play area. Whether you're looking for a cosy barbecue, a wellness moment or simply some peace and quiet in the garden, everyone will find their favourite spot here. The nearby sea provides a refreshing coastal breeze and completes the holiday atmosphere.

The property is located in Ostend, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Its location combines the tranquillity of the coast with easy access to the lively city centre, making it an excellent base for a varied holiday. The wide sandy beach is perfect for long walks, relaxing days by the sea or activities such as cycling and water sports. You'll also find a great selection of restaurants, cosy beach bars and shops nearby. The surrounding area is well worth exploring. Visit the charming coastal towns of Nieuwpoort and De Haan, or discover the Flemish countryside via the many walking and cycling routes that stretch along the Belgian coastline.

After a day of exploring, return to the comfort of your holiday home and unwind in the hot tub, the sauna or on the terrace.
