• Bedroom 4 (upstairs, air-conditioned): 160 cm double bed, shower room with WC.

Outside, a beautiful wooded park surrounds the property, creating an intimate and serene atmosphere. You can enjoy a lovely 7 x 4 metre private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on fine summer days. A gas barbecue is also available for you to prepare delicious grilled meals to enjoy on the shaded terrace, as well as a private tennis court.

The private car park easily accommodates up to four vehicles. A caretaker resides discreetly in a separate house situated below the property, with no direct view of the villa, thus ensuring your peace and privacy throughout your stay.

Ideally situated in Callas, in the heart of Provence, the villa is the perfect base for exploring the charming hilltop villages of the Var, the Provençal markets and the region’s many vineyards.
