About the property
With its vast 4,000 m² wooded grounds, red façade and three floors, this country house perfectly embodies the authenticity of Provençal residences. Built in the 18th century in the commune of Ollioules, it has been completely restored, taking care to preserve its charming features: its imposing double staircase and its whitewashed walls.
The villa is the ideal place for family reunions. A dormitory has been specially designed for children and the country house can accommodate around twenty people. The large garden, crossed by an avenue of plane trees, offers a vast terrace perfect for large gatherings, a 12-metre swimming pool with an adjoining pool house, and a play area with cabins for younger children. You will also appreciate the many shaded areas that provide pleasant coolness during the summer.
Ollioules, a small town with the feel of a Provençal village, is renowned for its flowers and olive groves. Located between the sea and the hills, La Bastide is an ideal starting point for exploring the riches of Provence. The beaches of Sanary and Bandol are perfect for swimming and water sports, while the trails of the Gros Cerveau massif will delight hiking enthusiasts. Provençal markets, wine estates, hilltop villages and secret coves along the coast offer a multitude of activities to suit all tastes, whether you are looking for relaxation, nature or cultural discoveries.
