About the property
In the heart of a peaceful neighbourhood in Le Pradet, this country house opens its doors to a typically Provençal world. The charm is immediate upon arrival: an old tiled building, surrounded by trees and Mediterranean vegetation that exudes calm.
A few minutes' walk away, a discreet staircase leads to Pin de Galle beach, one of the most beautiful on the coast, nestled between cliffs and turquoise waters.
The house, dating from the 18th century, has been carefully restored to preserve its character while offering contemporary comfort. Inside, old materials blend with a simple and warm interior design. Outside, the vast grounds extend over more than a hectare, allowing the sea air and southern light to circulate.
The living spaces extend naturally into the garden:
- a covered terrace for sharing meals and convivial moments in the shade,
- an outdoor swimming pool
- deckchairs arranged around the pool for enjoying the sun or a peaceful siesta
With its seven bedrooms, including two comfortable suites, each with their own bathroom, spread over two floors, the property is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Close by, the coastal paths and cycle route offer wonderful opportunities for exploring the sea and countryside.
The house has 4 bathrooms for the bedrooms — two en-suite bathrooms in the suites on the first floor, a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms on the first floor, and a shared bathroom for the three bedrooms on the second floor.
In addition, there is a shower accessible from the laundry room/kitchen, another in a small outdoor room and an additional shower by the pool.
The surrounding area is full of treasures typical of the Var region: secluded coves, Provençal markets and sun-drenched vineyards. Just a few minutes' drive away, ports, beaches and coastal villages allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean to the full. The region also offers a multitude of activities, including gastronomic discoveries, water sports and unspoilt landscapes.
