This air-conditioned 280 m² villa has been designed over three levels to maximise your comfort and privacy. The living areas, bathed in natural light, all open onto the terrace and the pool. The view is breathtaking from the moment you wake up.

You will enjoy a spacious double living room (not air-conditioned), perfect for relaxing together. The dining room (not air-conditioned) connects to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

A stay at the villa means bright mornings spent reading and relaxed, carefree evenings with friends and family.

The main sleeping area, on the upper floor, accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
> Master suite: 160 cm double bed, walk-in wardrobe and full bathroom (walk-in shower, WC).
> Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, private shower room and WC.
> Bedroom 3: 160 cm double bed, private shower room and WC.
> Bedroom 4: 160 cm double bed, private shower room and WC.

The villa also offers three additional sleeping areas, simpler than the main bedrooms but providing comfort and independence. They are particularly suitable for children, teenagers or staff accompanying families.

On the lower level (-1), at garden level:
> 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed.
> 1 shower room with WC, shared by the two bedrooms.

At pool level:
1 air-conditioned pool house (ceiling height 1.95 m), furnished with a 140 cm double sofa bed. 1 shower room with WC.

This layout allows every couple or member of your group to enjoy their own private space and comfort.

The outdoor areas are a major asset of the villa. The large 10 x 6 m infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers, is ideal for sunny afternoons.

The spacious terrace features a summer kitchen with barbecue and a shaded dining area for al fresco meals. You will also have a furnished rooftop with outdoor seating and sea views, perfect for an aperitif at sunset.

Finally, the villa has 3 private parking spaces.
