Main house :

This fully air-conditioned building with its authentic charm has three bedrooms, two shower rooms and two toilets.

On the ground floor, a vast air-conditioned living area welcomes you: lounge and dining room with cathedral ceiling, opening onto the terrace and pool, for total immersion in the surrounding nature. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and crockery for 10.

A large, naturally fresh master suite completes this level, with dressing room, travertine shower room and panoramic views over the Provencal countryside.

Upstairs, accessed by a staircase, two air-conditioned attic bedrooms share a shower room (accessible from one of the bedrooms). A relaxation area with sofa and desk and separate toilet complete the first floor.

Independent outbuilding:

Ideal for more privacy, this second home has two bedrooms upstairs and a shower room on the ground floor, suitable for people with reduced mobility. A fully-equipped kitchen, living room and dining room provide a comfortable, independent living environment, just like the main house.

This outbuilding is not air-conditioned, but fans are provided for your comfort.

Its ideal location makes it easy to explore the whole region: La Barben Zoo is just 15 minutes away, the emblematic villages of the Luberon such as Lourmarin, Bonnieux and Lacoste are around 40 minutes away, as is the Côte Bleue. Finally, the famous sites of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence are just an hour away.
