About the property
This holiday home for 18 people is located in the municipality of Weismes and impresses with a modern interior, light colors, and a wellness area with a large swimming pool and sauna.
The holiday accommodation consists of the main building and an outbuilding.
Main building:

On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large living room with bay windows, a fireplace and access to the outside. On the other side of the fireplace is the dining room and kitchen with a cooking island. From here, you also have access to the terrace and a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. There is also a separate toilet here. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC
*Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and 1 washbasin
**These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and 1 washbasin
*Bedroom 4: 3 single beds and a private bathroom with shower and washbasin
(maximum capacity of 18 people)
There are also two other WCs on the first floor.
Annex building:

On the ground floor of the annex is the holiday accommodation's wellness area. There is a large swimming pool and a relaxation area with a sauna, shower and toilet.
On the first floor there is a bedroom for 3 people with a washbasin and a double bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the second floor are the two other bedrooms, each for two people. There are also two bathrooms here: one with a shower and toilet and the other with a bath and toilet. One of these bedrooms is only available until 1 January 2027.
The mezzanine also has a relaxation area with a sofa.

The huge garden invites you to play and fool around with the children.
There is also a sandpit and a table tennis table. The whole group will find space on the large terrace to eat together and enjoy themselves.

The house is in Weismes, a village with its bakery and restaurants. Fresh bread rolls in the morning are a pleasure every day and dinner can be planned quickly. The nearby Ardennes town of Malmedy is definitely worth a visit. It offers a variety of tourist activities and has very nice squares with large terraces - perfect for warm summer evenings.
Other towns such as Spa, Stavelot, and Saint Vith are also nearby and offer many possibilities for day trips.
