Holiday home with private indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi near Spa, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes

The house, renovated in 2006, is surrounded by trees very close to Spa.
The indoor swimming pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi and the covered terrace give it a special atmosphere. The house also scores points with activities outside; the Lac de Waarfaz is practically on the doorstep. The small lake is connected to the house by a path. Here you can go for a ride on the pedal boat or for the very brave ones we recommend a parachute jump in the Skydive Spa! (Reservation necessary)

The building consists of two parts; main building (6 rooms) and an adjacent apartment (2 rooms).

The house is set up as follows:

Floor -1:

On this floor is the swimming pool (28°) with the wellness area (sauna, Jacuzzi)

Ground floor:

There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathrooms, the playroom with foosball and air hockey, living room with open fireplace and TV. In the dining room you can use the indoor barbecue and the laundry room is also on the ground floor.

Floor 1:

The remaining 6 bedrooms (except one on a mezzanine) are on the 1st floor. The equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and a separate toilet are also located here.

Outdoor area:

Garden of about 600m2, terrace of which 70m2 covered and parking for 6 cars.

We would like to inform you that the landlord lives in the house opposite, but privacy is guaranteed.

Heating is charged per hour.

In fact, the costs for heating is calculated only for the actual heating hours.
So once the thermostat reaches the desired temperature, the heater stops counting the hours. When the temperature drops, the heater starts heating again.
This applies to the whole house, so if you only use 4 rooms, only those 4 rooms need to be heated.
If there are 8 of you instead of 20, you will only need water for 8 people instead of 20, etc.
So you will never end up with the amount of X€ *24h * 7 days, but rather ¼ or 1/3 of this amount, it always depends on the actual needs of the customers and also on the season.

The touristtax and water are charged per day per person.
