A very pleasant organization with wonderful private luxury accommodations and friendly contacts, both by phone and email. We have now booked accommodation through this company for the third time. This year, we had to cancel our holiday two days before arrival, but we were able to reschedule it because the property owner still had availability and did not charge any cancellation fees for changing the dates. We only had to forgo any price difference if the new booking was cheaper.
