Casapilot Business Games 2026: A day full of team spirit and action

In 2026, it was once again time to step away from the daily grind and dive into a day full of team spirit, competition and shared experiences. At the Casapilot Business Games, the participating teams came together to compete against one another in various disciplines, and, of course, to have a good time together.

As in the previous year, the programme included go-karting, bowling and laser tag. But it wasn’t just speed, skill and accuracy that were required. During the quiz that followed, the teams had to put their heads together once more before the day drew to a close with good food, live music and the prize-giving ceremony.

The focus of the Business Games was, of course, on the participating teams. Together, they drove, aimed, solved puzzles and battled for every point, sometimes with sheer determination, sometimes with a little more composure.

Above all, however, the aim was to spend a lovely day together and have some fun as a group away from the daily grind of work.

On the go-kart track, it was all about speed, concentration and finding the right line once again. After the first few laps, it quickly became clear that this wasn’t just a casual drive. With every lap, the determination to improve one’s own time and perhaps leave one or two competitors behind grew.

Amidst fast straights, tight bends and overtaking manoeuvres, every tenth of a second was fiercely contested. It wasn’t just the head-to-head competition with the others that mattered; the chase for one’s own best time also kept the excitement going right up to the end.

Laser tag presented a completely different challenge. Four teams entered the dark arena at the same time and then had 20 minutes to score as many points as possible.

Amidst the darkness, the lighting effects and opponents who could turn up anywhere at any moment, things quickly became hectic. Anyone who simply set off on their own found it tough going. Communication was key: coordinating with each other, warning one another and trying to keep track of what was happening even amidst the chaos.

With four teams playing at the same time, there was practically not a moment’s peace. It was an intense round in which, alongside quick reactions, teamwork was essential.

After the go-kart track and laser tag, bowling gave us the chance to wind down a bit. At least a little.

Of course, it was all about points, strikes and finishing as high up the leaderboard as possible. At the same time, however, bowling offered much more scope to chat to one another, watch the others and have fun together.

This created a good mix of competition and relaxation. Whilst some were fully focused on landing their next strike, others were able to sit together, chat and enjoy each other’s company.

After the three sporting activities, physical exertion and reflexes were no longer so much in demand. Instead, it was time to put their minds to work once more.

All the teams took part simultaneously in a quiz comprising a total of 20 questions. Quizmaster Dusty led the round, presenting the questions and guiding the teams through the final challenge of the day.

Now it was a matter of pooling their knowledge, discussing the answers and agreeing on a response as quickly as possible within the team. This gave the final discipline its very own character: less speed and action, but a completely different kind of teamwork.

Refreshments were provided both during the quiz and afterwards. The food from Traiteur Schmidt was brought directly to each participant, ensuring a smooth transition from the competition to the more relaxed part of the evening.

After several hours packed with activities, it was now time to eat together, talk about the day’s experiences and, of course, start discussing who might well be at the top of the rankings at the awards ceremony later on.

The acoustic duo HT Unplugged provided the musical entertainment for the evening.

Even before the prize-giving ceremony, the pair set just the right atmosphere with their live music. After all the action and competition, the focus gradually shifted to celebrating together.

Even after the prize-giving ceremony, HT Unplugged took to the stage again to provide the music for the rest of the evening. This left plenty of time to raise a glass together, chat and round off the day in a relaxed manner.

At some point, of course, it had to be decided who had come out on top at the Business Games 2026.

After karting, bowling, laser tag and a quiz, the results were in and the most successful teams were honoured at the joint awards ceremony. Once again, all the participants came together to celebrate the winners and look back on the day’s achievements.

Because even though points, times and placings ultimately determined the outcome, the Business Games were, above all, an opportunity to experience something together away from the usual working routine.

Fast laps on the go-kart track, 20 hectic minutes in the dark, strikes at the bowling alley and brains working overtime during the quiz. The Casapilot Business Games 2026 had many different facets.

At times, full commitment was required; at others, communication and teamwork; and in between, there was always time to chat, laugh and get to know the other teams better.

A huge thank you therefore goes to all the teams and participants who made this year’s Business Games the success they were.
