Traditional Mallorquin house, located at the end o a long driveway off the road from S'Horta to Cala D'Or and cobining true rural splendour with easy access to the varied delights of a country village and a bustling seaside resort. The center of Cala D'Or is only a few kilometres away, with shopping streets, restaurants, bars and the beautiful marina. Several sandy coves of this area are also a few minutes drive away.
The farmhouse:
The farmhouse has retained its traditional country charm and is surrounded by fields which seem to stretch as far as the sea in the distance. Leading from a stone-pillared porch, the front doors open into the dining room with an archway leading into the adjoining lounge area with TV/DVD and the kitchen next door. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a guest cloakroom. Upstairs there are three twin bedrooms, sharing the second bathroom.
Outdoor:
The garden is filled with spiky shrubs, vibrant bougainvillea and trees. The pool (8m x 4m) is screened from the neighouring countryside by bushes and trees. There is also a covered terrace, a barbecue an a roof terrace with splendid views
