This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa is nestled in the countryside in Selva, a charming village in Mallorca, just around 30 kilometres from Palma. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is close by. About 1 km away, you will find a selection of restaurants where you can discover the flavours of Mallorcan cuisine, including pa amb oli, a traditional dish consisting of bread rubbed with tomato and drizzled with olive oil, served with ham, cheese or other toppings. Around 1.6 km away, a bakery is the perfect place to pick up breakfast in the morning, with croissants, pain au chocolat and other delicious pastries. You can also simply sit down and enjoy a coffee there. A pharmacy is also conveniently located just 900 metres away. This convenient location allows you to make the most of your stay and easily pick up small essentials on foot, without having to take the car every time you need something.

The holiday home and its facilities

The holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people. Pets are also very welcome. The house has two floors: the ground floor and the first floor. Upon arrival, you will enter a cosy living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. The dining room is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding area. It is a lovely and comfortable place to enjoy meals together. The property has a total of 3 living rooms. One living room is partially connected to the kitchen. The other two living rooms are separate spaces, one of which is located on the first floor. There is also a table tennis table.

The property has 5 bedrooms:

- Bedroom No. 1: 1 double bed, with air conditioning, located on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom No. 2: 2 single beds, with air conditioning, located on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom No. 3: 2 single beds, with air conditioning, located on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom No. 4: 2 single beds, with air conditioning, located on the first floor.
- Bedroom No. 5: 2 single beds, without air conditioning, located on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms offer beautiful views of the outdoor areas.

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful garden and a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm, sunny days. Comfortable sun loungers are placed around the pool, inviting you to relax and make the most of the Mallorcan sunshine. From the pool, you can also admire the mountains rising in the background behind the property.

The house’s different terraces are also perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. One is open and filled with natural light, making it ideal for soaking up the sunshine and taking in the surrounding scenery. The other is covered, offering a welcome touch of shade when the temperatures rise. These spaces are perfect for enjoying an al fresco meal, reading a book or simply taking in the peaceful views across the property.

Throughout the grounds, several cosy areas have been arranged to make the most of the peaceful surroundings. You will find a number of outdoor seating areas, as well as chairs placed in the shade, providing the perfect spots to relax at any time of day.

The house also enjoys beautiful views over the Mallorcan countryside. Orange groves stretch out around the property, adding to the peaceful and distinctly Mediterranean setting.

At the rear of the house, a courtyard features a second terrace and a barbecue, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining and enjoying long, relaxed moments with family or friends. Several smaller seating areas also provide quiet corners where you can sit back and enjoy the surroundings in peace.

The upstairs terraces offer a different perspective of the property and its surroundings. From here, you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the orange groves, the surrounding countryside and the entire property, with the mountains providing a beautiful backdrop.

About a 10-minute drive from the property, you will find the Lluc Monastery. The monastery is famous for the pilgrimage to the Virgin of Lluc, the patron saint of Mallorca.

For nature lovers and those who enjoy beautiful landscapes, there are several viewpoints nearby. From these places, you can enjoy the beautiful surrounding scenery.

About 20 kilometres away, you will find Alcúdia and its port. It is a lovely place to visit, where you can enjoy the beach and stroll through the historic streets of the old town.
