About the property
This beautiful villa is decorated in the style of a traditional farmhouse from the Ardennes. It is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in the heart of the High Fens. The villa is located in the municipality of Stavelot, just 3 kilometres from the Spa-Francorchamps race track. Surrounded by the countryside, it offers a peaceful setting where you can enjoy quality time with family or friends. A bakery and a restaurant are only a 5-minute drive away.

The villa can accommodate up to 45 people, and dogs are very welcome too. As you discover the house, you will find two cosy living rooms where everyone can relax together. Imagine spending a pleasant evening by the open fireplace, enjoying time with your family or friends. The villa also has a well-equipped kitchen.
The large dining room is divided into two areas, so the whole group can enjoy meals together comfortably. For a relaxing evening with a drink, you can choose between the two bars. On the ground floor, you will also find a games room with a football table and a pool table.
On the first floor, you will find bedrooms with single and double beds, as well as ensuite bathrooms. Some have a shower, while others have a bath. Each bathroom has a washbasin and a toilet.
On the second floor, you will also find additional bedrooms with single beds, double beds and bunk beds. Each bathroom has a shower or a bath, at least one washbasin and a toilet.
The bedrooms on the first and second floors have a warm and cosy atmosphere. In some rooms, natural materials such as stone and wood have been used. These details give the rooms an authentic feel.

Outside, you can discover a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers. It is the perfect place to relax by the water on sunny days. From the villa, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the typical Ardennes landscape. The terrace is a great place to sit back and enjoy the view. On warm summer evenings, you can also gather around the fire pit and enjoy a cosy evening together under the stars.

If you are a motorsport fan, you will be happy to know that the famous Spa-Francorchamps race track is only four kilometres from the villa. The town of Spa is about a 15-minute drive away. It is well known for its thermal baths and casino. In the 18th century, Spa was known as the “Café of Europe”. Nature lovers can explore the beautiful landscapes of the High Fens. This nature reserve is known for its peatlands and wooden walkways. They allow you to discover and enjoy this unique landscape at your own pace.
