With a total capacity of 27 guests, the estate is ideal for family holidays, getaways with friends or multi-generational gatherings. Its layout allows you to alternate convivial moments together with peaceful breaks, while ensuring that everyone has their own space.

The manor house:

At the heart of the estate, the manor house stands out for its spacious rooms and several living areas. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. The large dining room invites everyone to gather around the table, while the cosy living room is the perfect place to catch up, relax or enjoy the rest of the evening together.

Upstairs, a second kitchen, an additional dining room and a second living room provide even greater flexibility. This makes it easy for several families to stay together while maintaining their own routines and pace. A billiard table also provides an opportunity for some friendly competition.

The manor house has nine bedrooms spread across the first and second floors. Most are furnished with double beds and have a television and air conditioning. Several bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub, washbasin and toilet. One of the bedrooms also features a sauna.

One of the manor house’s greatest assets is its wellness area, where you can enjoy water and relaxation throughout the year.

The indoor swimming pool offers pleasant views of the garden and invites you to take a refreshing dip whatever the weather. After a few lengths, unwind in the jacuzzi or relax in the infrared sauna.

While some guests enjoy the wellness facilities, others can gather around the billiard table or spend time together in one of the living rooms. With several living areas available, everyone can plan their day according to their own preferences, balancing activities, relaxation and time spent together.

The adjoining building:

The adjoining building contains three separate apartments. These provide greater independence while allowing you to stay just a short distance from the main house.

Each apartment has one bedroom with a double bed for two people, a bathroom with a shower, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. They are ideal for couples, families or guests who would like to enjoy their own private living space within the estate.

The garden cottage:

The estate also has a cottage in the garden, which is currently undergoing renovation. Once the work is complete, this accommodation will sleep up to four people, with two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed.

The cottage will also have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Its private terrace offers an additional place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or relax outdoors in fine weather, away from the bustle of the estate.

The outdoor areas:

The large, green garden is a wonderful oasis in the heart of Spa. The trees and modern sculptures give it a distinctive character, while the terrace invites you to make the most of sunny days.

Whether you are enjoying breakfast in the sunshine, dining outdoors, having an aperitif at the end of the day or chatting together on a long summer evening, the garden naturally becomes a gathering place where you can take your time and fully enjoy your holiday.
