Family, friends, relaxation, or business – this large holiday home, which can accommodate up to 57 people, offers all the facilities for a perfect stay. The house is situated in a wooded area, yet only 2 kilometers away from the center of Houffalize. The property is also perfectly equipped for cycling holidays, featuring a large covered bicycle storage area for approximately 50 bikes, a bike wash station, and a repair cellar. Additionally, the interior decor features many details paying homage to the sport of cycling.

The House:

This spacious holiday home has everything you need for a restful and comfortable stay. The bedrooms feature bright decor with wooden accents, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The communal areas offer a cozy ambiance thanks to numerous natural details. However, due to its origins as a hotel, every bedroom provides enough privacy for those looking for some quiet time. For ultimate relaxation, guests can enjoy the wellness room, which includes an infrared sauna, a massage bed, a spacious whirlpool, and a rain shower.

At the rear of the holiday home, you will find a meeting room. This room has seating for about 20 people and is equipped with a projector, a coffee machine, and a small lounge area with large windows overlooking the nature behind the house.

In total, the holiday home features 15 bedrooms and 4 studios. These studios are located about 20 meters from the main building and include their own small but fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and even a small garden. In the main building, every bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The room configuration is as follows:

The terrace is south-facing, allowing you to make the most of the sunny hours of the day. Next to the terrace is the second part of the wellness area, featuring a jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna. Furthermore, the grounds include 2 petanque courts and parking space for approx. 40 cars.
