The house does not have air conditioning, but its mountain location and natural ventilation ensure pleasant temperatures during the summer.

The outdoor areas are spacious and varied, designed to fully enjoy outdoor living. The property features a terrace, a porch next to the chlorine pool, a charcoal barbecue, and garden areas.
