Interior
The interior has been designed to offer comfort and functionality throughout. The house is distributed over two floors and features a modern induction kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and complete kitchenware. The spacious and very bright living-dining area creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or spending time together.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there are three additional bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, and there is also another bathroom on this floor.
The house also includes a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Exterior
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. The main terrace offers a pleasant outdoor dining area with sea views, ideal for breakfasts or dinners at sunset.
At the rear of the house, there is a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. In addition, there is a barbecue for outdoor meals and vehicle access with space to park one car next to the house.
