The spacious, bright living room features high ceilings and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped, functional kitchen, dining area, and outdoor terrace.

The exterior is surrounded by meticulously maintained gardens, with lemon trees and a vegetable patch enhancing the property’s Mediterranean character. The pool area opens up to panoramic sea views and is designed for both relaxation and social gatherings.

The 11 x 5 m saltwater pool sits on a large paved terrace with a covered porch, equipped with an outdoor dining area and a cozy chill-out space. Multiple sunbed areas and seating corners allow enjoying the landscape from every angle.
