There are places you enter and immediately feel that you are not just sleeping here, but living. Our villa by the sea in Porto Petro is just such a place. A house that radiates generosity, offers tranquillity and at the same time evokes the feeling of being at the heart of Mediterranean life.

As soon as you enter, your gaze is drawn to the wide-open view – large windows allow light to dance across the rooms, and you can feel the proximity of the sea everywhere. Inside, everything is designed to make you feel immediately at home: high-quality materials, soft colours, plenty of space to breathe. It is a house that does not impose itself, but invites you in.

Outside, the real life of this place begins. The villa is located directly on the coast – the garden slopes gently down to a rocky coastline, where a small, natural sandy area awaits you, almost like a private mini-beach. There, you can not only hear the sea, you can feel it.

The outdoor area is designed so that everyone can find their favourite spot:
– in the morning in the sun with a coffee on the terrace,
– at lunchtime by the pool with a view of the sparkling bay,
– later in the shade under the trees, a book in hand,
– and in the evening while barbecuing, when the light over Porto Petro turns golden.

The large saltwater pool is positioned in such a way that you almost feel like you are swimming directly into the sea. Surrounded by trimmed lawns, comfortable lounge furniture and spaces that change with the daylight – this garden is not just an outdoor area, it is a way of life.

The villa is built on two floors – two bedrooms upstairs, three more downstairs – offering plenty of privacy for larger groups or families.
On the upper level are two double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. Both are bright, friendly and located so that you can quickly reach the living room and terrace area. Ideal for those who like to stay close to the action and enjoy the view of the sea in the morning.

On the pool level, there are three further bedrooms, all with separate beds and their own bathrooms. Large sliding doors lead directly onto the terrace by the pool. This makes these rooms particularly pleasant on warm summer days: you can go outside, take a few steps and jump straight into the water or lie down in a deckchair.
Quiet and somewhat more private upstairs, open and close to the outdoor area downstairs – the bedrooms are arranged so that every guest can find their own perfect retreat.

Those who spend time here are not simply looking for accommodation, but a home for special moments.
