Interior
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with two single beds that can optionally be converted into doubles. There are also two full bathrooms, both with showers, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The interiors, decorated in a warm Mediterranean style, include a living room with air conditioning and all bedrooms are climate-controlled, ensuring comfort even on the hottest days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils, perfect for those who enjoy preparing their own meals.
Exterior
The 500 m² garden invites relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The villa has a private saltwater pool, which can optionally be heated on request, as well as a lawn area ideal for games and relaxation. The outdoor space is also ready for barbecues and al fresco dining, with everything needed for a worry-free vacation.
Just 200 meters away, there is also a communal pool with a children’s area and plenty of sun loungers, ideal for kids to socialize and adults to enjoy the sun.

Situated in a quiet residential area next to a protected natural zone, the house combines privacy with easy access to local services. Cala Murada, only 1.3 km away, offers uncrowded beaches and crystal-clear waters. Vall D’or Golf Club is a 10-minute drive away, with a challenging course and sea views.
