The leisure area includes an L-shaped sofa, 4K TV with streaming access, board games, a library, and a pool table. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms: the master with a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and desk, and a second bedroom with twin beds and a private bathroom. The upper floor houses 3 further bedrooms, all with full bathrooms, private balconies, and views of the mountains or garden.
The villa offers full air conditioning, high-speed fibre internet, and a monitored alarm system, ensuring both comfort and security.
Exterior
The rear garden is a true oasis of peace, with a 15-metre saltwater pool surrounded by sun loungers and a relaxation area with a Bali bed and hammocks among tropical plants. The outdoor space also features a barbecue area with sink and fridge, as well as a games area with table football, basketball, badminton, and a ping-pong table.
Three balconies provide outdoor seating with tables and chairs.
