The 170 m² of living space is spread over two levels, featuring generously sized rooms, plenty of natural light, and thoughtful details throughout. The ground floor includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the dining area and a cozy living room. There is also a guest WC and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both rooms open onto balconies overlooking the garden. All bedrooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units.

The property is surrounded by native vegetation and fruit trees and includes a garden with a large, self-cleaning saltwater pool, sun loungers, and a separate outdoor bathroom.

A charcoal barbecue and shaded lounge areas make the outdoors perfect for relaxing meals and social gatherings. The villa also offers private parking with surveillance cameras.
