About the property
Located just 350 metres from the Oosterschelde estuary on the unique Zeeland coast, this modern holiday home is perfect for a cosy and relaxing holiday with your family. The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house:

The house has everything you need. There is a spacious open-plan living area, including a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. The modern fully equipped kitchen offers the perfect opportunity to prepare culinary meals for your entire company.
For ultimate relaxation during your stay, and to break free from the grind of everyday life, you can make use of the Finnish sauna.
The house has 4 bedrooms, each with a king-size box spring (2 single beds of 90 x 210 cm) and an HD flat-screen TV. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, which also has a bathroom en suite. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. Here you will also find the 2nd bathroom, which possesses a whirlpool bath.
There is a game room on the second floor. Here you will find an HD TV with a PlayStation 4 with games such as FIFA, F1, Farcry and Call of Duty, and an Xbox One with games such as Fortnite, Assassin's Creed and Red Dead Redemption. If you wish, you are also welcome to bring your own games.

Outside, the holiday home has a spacious garden. Enjoy cosy moments with your company at the large dining table on the terrace. The lawn offers the perfect opportunity for hours of fun for the children.

The house is located on the coast of the Oosterschelde estuary. It is the ideal base for people who love water sports, such as sailing, fishing and diving. You can also enjoy a walk through Oosterschelde National Park, a beautiful area for nature and bird lovers. In the harbour and on the North Sea beaches, you can enjoy various eateries and local dishes such as fresh fish and oysters. The North Sea beaches are 15 - 20 kilometres away.
**The Green Egg (barbecue) can be rented for €19.50 per stay. This includes 3 kilos of charcoal. Bringing your own charcoal is not allowed.**
**Our accommodations are mainly designed for families with children; please note that youth groups and bachelor parties are not permitted.**
