The villa is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub (no jacuzzi), access to the pool
Bedroom 2: two single beds
Bedroom 3: double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub (no jacuzzi), access to the pool

On the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms:

Bedroom 4: two single beds
Bedroom 5: double bed
Bedroom 6: double bed, en-suite bathroom, access to the terrace with views of Porto Petro

The spacious outdoor area features a pool with sun loungers, a covered dining area, a barbecue area, and a chill-out area on the rooftop terrace – ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
Additionally, there is a new chill-out area on the panoramic terrace offering particularly सुंदर views.
In total, there are three large dining areas, each accommodating up to 12 people: one directly next to the kitchen, another on the rear terrace by the kitchen, and a third dining area next to the pool.
There is also private parking available on the property.
