On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room and a games room with billiards, table football and darts. There is also a semi-professional kitchen.
The ground floor comprises a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the upper 2 floors, there are a further 5 bedrooms, each with its bathroom, which guarantees additional comfort and privacy.

The outdoor area includes a private terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.
The fenced garden provides a safe space for dogs to play to their heart's content. The outdoor hot tub invites you to relax after an active day, and the terrace is a lovely place to linger.

The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails that lead into the countryside, as well as cultural highlights such as the nearby thermal baths in Spa. The Lac de la Gileppe, a picturesque reservoir, is only about 15 minutes away and offers numerous leisure activities such as boat trips, hikes and picnics.
The cities of Verviers and Eupen are also within easy reach and offer a wide range of excursions. An ideal destination for nature lovers, culture enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet - both for humans and their four-legged companions.
