It features 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, all fully equipped. All double beds in the bedrooms can be separated into single beds, offering flexibility for each group. The main suites are equipped with full bathrooms. All rooms, surrounded by a beautiful landscape, are interconnected through a common area offering views over the garden and countryside.

The property offers spacious and luxurious indoor areas. It is characterized by keeping all spaces connected, both indoor and outdoor. The kitchen is designed as an island and is very functional for interacting with all guests. Its contemporary and simple décor blends with the rural surroundings.

Exterior of the house:

The property extends over 25,500 square meters, including a pine forest, former agricultural fields, and fruit trees. The pool area is surrounded by sun loungers, and just a few meters away you will find a covered outdoor kitchen, along with a dining area and lounge.

Here you can enjoy a variety of open-air spaces for summer entertainment, including a 14 x 4 meter swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a dining area with barbecue, lawn, and magnificent Mediterranean gardens filled with fruit trees such as orange, lemon, cherry, apple, quince, carob, and centuries-old olive trees.

Registration of all ID documents is done via a link. Daily cleaning is provided, as well as garden maintenance and gardening services.

Additionally, services such as private chef, pre-arrival fridge stocking, airport transfers, car rental, wellness services, boat rentals, and any kind of activity can be arranged.

-Payment-

50% of the total amount is paid upon booking; the remaining 50% is due 8 weeks before arrival together with a security deposit.
In case of cancellation before the 8 weeks, the 50% already paid is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation within 8 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.
