This luxurious holiday home is located in a small village near the High Fens and can accommodate up to 16 guests. It is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

Situated on the edge of the Hertogenwald (a forest between Belgium and Germany), between the lakes of Eupen and La Gileppe, and at the foot of the High Fens, this holiday home is the perfect starting point for beautiful walks and cycling tours.

The holiday home features two fully equipped kitchens, an open-plan living and dining area, seven bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Six of the bedrooms are each equipped with a king-size double bed and a Smart TV. The seventh, smaller bedroom features two bunk beds, providing four additional sleeping spaces.

In total, the property offers 6 double beds and 2 bunk beds (4 single sleeping spaces) and can accommodate up to 16 guests. All of these sleeping arrangements are included in the rental price.

Outside, there is a large garden with a jacuzzi, where you can relax after a long day of walking or exploring the surrounding area.

- Towels are provided. Bed linen is provided for 12 people. There is an additional charge for each extra single bed (max. 4).
- Electricity used by the car charging point is not included in the price, a specific RFID card and software allows the exact amount of electricity used to be measured, this leads to a separate charge. Up to 10 individual RFID cards can be issued during the stay, the customer who made the booking will be solely responsible for paying these additional costs (with a deduction from the deposit if these charges are not honoured on departure).
