About the property
This beautiful and modern holiday home in the Eifel - Ardennes near the High Fens, offers space for 18 people. The house was newly built in 2023 and equipped with lots of comfort. The old walls at the entrance of the former estate give the house its special charm

On the ground floor there is a beautiful and cosy living room with a view of the nature and the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 wheelchair accessible bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
On this floor you will also find the private wellness area with heated swimming pool, sauna and steam bath. The holiday home thus offers you plenty of opportunities to relax. Next to the wellness area you will also find a lounge with a sitting area, TV and some board games and access to the terrace with a fantastic view.

Like the interior, the exterior leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy a delicious barbecue or beautiful walks which start directly at the house into the nature and forests. There is also a small playground for children with a slide and climbing frame close by. This holiday home is perfect for a family stay. A HomeCinema with a Blu Ray player is also at your disposal. Enjoy various TV programmes from VOO or browse through over 300 films in the best quality. Please note that it is not possible to connect external devices.
