❤ The ground floor consists of a cosy living area, kitchen and separate toilet. Settle down in the comfortable sofa, enjoy your favourite Netflix series, play a board game, surf on the iPad or snuggle up in the reading corner with a good book. Furthermore, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need: fridge-freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooking utensils. And of course... a Nespresso coffee machine to start the day with a warm boost.

❤ A private bathroom with a spa? Yes, please! Let your cares melt away in the Finnish sauna, pamper your skin with heat and sunlight in the sun shower and sip a glass of bubbles in the bubbling jacuzzi. A second toilet is also located here. Wellness is included in your stay 24/7. A real spa experience, all to yourself!

❤ Upstairs, on the first floor, the bedroom awaits you with king-size bed. Upon arrival, the bed is comfortably made for you, allowing you to flop down immediately. Pure enjoyment!

❤ The house has an attractive terrace with a lounge sofa, making it great to stay outside. Ideal for aperitifs! Meanwhile, our golden cat keeps a watchful eye. Because whoever says Ypres, says Cat Town!

- We use a key safe, so there is no personal reception. Should you still prefer this, you can request it in advance.

- Bicycles can be safely placed in the property.
