About the property
This gorgeous chalet is ideal for up to 8 people. It is very luxurious and tastefully furnished, much was processed with wood, which directly creates a cozy ambience.
The modern kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.
The spacious living room is open upstairs and directly adjacent to the kitchen and dining room. There is a large sofa corner, a pool table and a bar, as well as a fireplace and a flat screen TV. The living room has direct access to the terrace.
The 4 bedrooms ( with a total of 2 double beds and 4 single beds) and the 2 bathrooms are all on the first floor. One bathroom has a shower and the other a bathtub. There is also a cosy reading corner on the first floor.

Directly adjacent to the house is a partially covered terrace with deck chairs and seating. A little further away is another covered terrace with picnic bench and whirlpool. There is also a large lawn and a petanque field.
A bike room is also available for safe bike parking.

Situated in a friendly community, the municipality of Lierneux is known for its numerous fishing opportunities, but especially for its beautiful downhill ski slopes. Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here! If you rent a vacation home in Lierneux, you are also only 30 km from Malmedy and 35 km from Durbuy, two cities that you simply must have seen when you are in the Belgian Ardennes!
