This beautiful property was completely renovated in 2017 and can accommodate 30 people. It consists of a main building and an outbuilding and is divided as follows:

Outbuilding:

First floor:

There are 3 bedrooms for 2 persons and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Main building:

In the basement there is a cozy wine cellar, where you can spend a pleasant evening together.

First floor:

The well-equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 4 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and large stove is located on the first floor. Also the cozy living room with TV, the game room with billiards and the dining area with bar is located here.
There are also 3 bedrooms for 2 people and 3 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets.

Second floor:

Here are the remaining 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 people.

Exterior:

In the outdoor area there is a large terrace right next to the outdoor pool. Here there is also a sunbathing area, a covered Jacuzzi and a foosball table. The property includes a large lawn with a pond. There is also a brick barbecue, a petanque field and a volleyball court. The little ones will have a lot of fun on the playground.

Region:

- The lake of Vielsalm is located at a distance of 10km.
- Plopsa Coo is located at a distance of 23km.
- Also the East Belgium Karting Center is only 15km away.
- The house is located close to the Luxembourg border. There are two big shopping centers there: Knauf and Massen.

Heating is charged per hour.

In fact, the costs for heating is calculated only for the actual heating hours.
So once the thermostat reaches the desired temperature, the heater stops counting the hours. When the temperature drops, the heater starts heating again.
This applies to the whole house, so if you only use 4 rooms, only those 4 rooms need to be heated.
If there are 8 of you instead of 20, you will only need water for 8 people instead of 20, etc.
So you will never end up with the amount of X€ *24h * 7 days, but rather ¼ or 1/3 of this amount, it always depends on the actual needs of the customers and also on the season.

**The swimming pool is open from 01/06 to 30/09.**

** The consumption costs are approximately:
October - April: 190 € per night and 760 € per week
May - September: € 110 per night and € 445 per week
These costs are given as a guide value only, the costs depend on your actual consumption.
