It has four bedrooms, three of which have their own bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other three are on the first floor, where there is also a separate bathroom. There are four toilets in total – one on the ground floor and three on the first floor.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together, while the spacious living and dining area offers plenty of room for relaxing. A pool table provides entertainment and guarantees fun for the whole group. Outside, you can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the sauna. A private car park for up to five vehicles completes the offer.

The location in Aubel and Dalhem, two idyllic communities, is ideal for nature lovers and pleasure travellers. Picturesque hiking and cycling trails lead through meadows, forests and pastures. The region also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine – from local producers and cosy farms to the famous Val-Dieu Abbey. Excursions to Maastricht, Liège or the charming villages in the surrounding area are also easily accessible.
