This spacious holiday villa in the Belgian Ardennes accommodates up to 24 guests and combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere – ideal for families or groups. Dogs are welcome too, making it the perfect getaway for both two- and four-legged companions. Highlights include a private wellness area with sauna and hot tub, as well as a top-floor game room.

On the lower level, you will find the wellness area with sauna, hot tub, shower and relaxation space, along with a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The ground floor offers an open-plan living and dining area with pellet stove, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. This level also features five bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms, plus additional showers and separate toilets.
The first floor includes five more bedrooms, partly with private bathrooms, complemented by a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and double washbasin.
On the top floor, a game room with billiards, table football, air hockey and TV provides plenty of entertainment.

The private garden, enclosed with hedges and fencing, offers peace and privacy. The terrace – partly covered – is perfect for shared meals or relaxing outdoors. Children can enjoy the play equipment, while private parking spaces are available directly at the house.
