The main house stands out for its spaciousness and design that prioritizes connection with the landscape. With a built area of 680 m², it features 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces that invite relaxation. Additionally, it offers 4 extra double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and 3 smaller bedrooms with their respective amenities.
In the Guest House, there are 2 additional double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, as well as a small living room and a kitchen.
Bright and open common areas make the interior comfort a delight, with a large kitchen, living room, hallways, and shared spaces—almost all with views of the sea, Formentera, and the old town of Ibiza.
Exterior:
A swimming pool stretches alongside the main house. Surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and natural areas, the pool area also includes a bar and a leisure area with pétanque and a ping pong table.
There is also a barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals, private parking, and of course, numerous garden areas that provide natural beauty and shade.

Just a few minutes’ drive from Talamanca Bay or Ibiza’s historic old town, the property enjoys a privileged location. S’Estanyol Beach is only a short walk from the villa, offering quick access to one of the island’s gems. The beaches are about 3 km from the property.
