Modern holiday home for 32 people with swimming pond, billiards and table football

This former hotel is located in Villers-sur-Lesse and can accommodate 32 people.

On the ground floor, there is a dining area that is still reminiscent of the former hotel and exudes a very cosy atmosphere. The room with the bar also guarantees cosy evenings together with friends and family.
The living room leans on the region and the local forests. There is enough space here for the whole group to sit together by the fireplace in the evenings. There is also a lounge with billiards and table football.

The cinema room is perfect for an exciting film evening. It can also be easily converted into a small meeting room.

There are a total of 14 bedrooms throughout the house. Each bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom. Each bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower or bathtub. 10 of the bedrooms are on the first floor and the remaining 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. In one bedroom there is an additional double bed and in another bedroom there is an extra bunk bed.

Outside there is a swimming pond, which is the perfect place to cool off during the summer months. The garden is separated from the street by a hedge. Here the children can run around and play. On the large terrace behind the house you can relax with the group and have a cosy barbecue in the evening.

**It is forbidden to make noise that could disturb the neighbours after 22:00. Should a noise nuisance occur, the fine is to be borne by the tenants.**
