This spacious villa, located in a quiet private domain in Grimaud on the Cote d'Azur, is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The villa is located just 6 kilometres from the beach of Port Grimaud, offering the perfect opportunity for a day of sun, sea and fun. The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
The villa has a light and modern interior, and a luxurious but traditional look. The house leaves nothing to be desired. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room, an office space, a laundry room, and 4 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with air conditioning.

There is a large terrace, part of which is covered, so you can relax and enjoy the weather in both the sun and the shade. On the terrace you will find a gas barbecue, a dining table and a comfortable lounge set.
The terrace gives access to the pool area. Here you will find a large infinity pool (11m x 5.5m) with sun loungers and a parasol.
The domain also has two tennis courts, which are at your disposal during your stay.
If you want to do something outdoors during your stay, there are various options in the area. The villa is located about 6 kilometres from sandy beaches. A day at the beach is therefore a must during your holiday. Grimaud also has beautiful hills and unspoilt nature. Here you can enjoy wonderful walks or bike rides. The region around Grimaud is known for its vineyards and wineries. You can take tours and taste local wines here.
