About the property
This beautiful holiday villa has been built and completed in July 2017.
The villa is located in Recht in the Belgian Ardennes and can accommodate 12 people.
The house is very modern furnished and offers you all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday.
It has 6 bedrooms, as well as 6 bathrooms.
The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, a dishwasher, a freezer, a coffee machine, etc.
The open plan living and dining area is lovingly furnished and with the large windows you have a great view of the surrounding nature.
Forget the everyday life and enjoy the rural view of the Belgian Ardennes.
On the upper floor there is a wellness area which is available for free use. There you will find a sauna, an infrared sauna and a whirlpool, where you can sit back and relax.
The house has 3 toilets, one on each floor.
The location:
Recht is located in the municipality of St.Vith and offers several leisure activities, as the Schieferstollen, the riding school, the pond, various hikes, etc ...
Only 30 minutes from Recht are 2 shopping centers. Both are located in Luxembourg.
The price includes the following:
- Final cleaning (excluding cleaning of the gas+ and charcoal bbq, kitchen equipment,...)
- Bed linen and beds made upon arrival
- Per person: one large towel + one towel + one sauna towel
- Electricity, gas and water (if normal consumption) (charging of electric cars is not included and will be charged separately)
- Waste disposal (if correct waste separation)
- Kitchen package: kitchen towels, dishwasher tabs
