About the property
This charming holiday home was originally a hotel and is located in the pretty town Vielsam, in the Belgian Ardennes. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing and great vacation with your friends or your family.
The villa is also located directly at a lake and therefore offers you a fantastic view.

In total up to 34 people will be able to find room in the former hotel and with it's 17 bedrooms, that almost all have an own bathroom, it's perfect for large groups and families.
There's a cozy living room with TV and dining area. The kitchen is completely equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
In the spa-area you can find the heated swimming pool and a sauna. It's the perfect place to relax.
In the outside area, there's a pretty garden, a large terrace, as well as a little playground for the children.

Vielsalm is a gorgrous, little town located directly on the shores of the river Salm. Here you will find numerous restaurants, coffees and shops.
The Circuit of SPA Francorchamps is not far (± 25 km).
The beautiful city of Malmedy is just a few kilometers from the house.
The house is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, where you can make beautiful walks and visit the famous waterfall from Coo.
The park Plopsa Coo is in the immediate vicinity.
The large and luxurious holiday home offers you everything you need for a dreamlike vacation with your family or your friends in the Belgian Ardennes.
** The consumption costs are approximately:
October - April: 115 € per night and 750 € per week
May - September: € 90 per night and € 550 per week
