This spacious holiday home can accommodate up to 27 guests and offers plenty of room to spend quality time with family or friends. It features 9 bedrooms, mainly furnished with double and single beds, as well as 9 bathrooms equipped with a shower and/or bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.

After a day exploring the surrounding area, unwind in the indoor swimming pool overlooking the garden, relax in the jacuzzi or enjoy some time to yourself in the infrared sauna. There is also a billiards table for those who enjoy a game. Thanks to its large windows, the bright living area is an inviting space to gather together. The kitchen, with its central island, is ideal for preparing delicious meals and sharing lovely moments around the table.

In addition to the main villa, the property will include several separate buildings. The entire property will accommodate a maximum of 27 guests in total, including those staying in the new accommodation units. These units are therefore included in the total capacity of 27 guests and do not increase the overall capacity.

The new accommodation will comprise:

**Three separate apartments:** each apartment will feature a bedroom with a double bed for two guests, a bathroom with a shower, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

**A cottage for four guests:** it will feature two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The cottage will also have its own private terrace.
