This charming holiday home in the Malmedy region combines the cosy character of a former country house with modern comfort. Accommodating up to 14 guests, the property features a games room, an infrared sauna, a hot tub and a peaceful location surrounded by nature, making it ideal for families and groups.
The accommodation:

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a kitchen island with seating for four people. Adjacent to the kitchen, the large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together. Around the corner, a comfortable lounge area invites guests to relax and spend quality time together. This floor also includes a separate TV room and a guest toilet.
The first floor offers four double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms benefits from a private en-suite bathroom. Two additional bathrooms are available on this floor.
The top floor features a dormitory with five single beds and one double bed, as well as a bathroom. On the opposite side, there is a games room equipped with a pool table, table football and an air hockey table. An infrared sauna is also available for moments of relaxation. An additional bathroom completes this floor.
The outdoor area:

The outdoor area is equally inviting. The partially covered terrace is furnished with garden furniture and provides a pleasant setting for spending time outdoors together. A hot tub offers relaxing moments in every season. The spacious garden provides plenty of room for both play and relaxation. Children can also enjoy a swing, a slide and a trampoline.

The Malmedy region is known for its varied natural landscapes and extensive network of hiking and cycling trails. The famous Spa-Francorchamps racing circuit is only a short drive away, making this property particularly attractive for motorsport enthusiasts.
